Ashby's engineers have been involved in a large scale subdivision in Whangarei. One of our engineers got involved at the planning stage and has helped shape and design the infrastructure for the 400+ lot subdivision in conjunction with Blue Wallace Surveyors. A small lake which is to be constructed in two parts was designed for the development which required special storm water mitigation measures to meet the stringent TP10 design standards whilst also ensuring that the downstream flooding issues were addressed. The subdivision consists of eight proposed stages with access via a roundabout into Stage 1 which is currently being constructed.
